Step 1: Gather Documents
Start by collecting all necessary documents for your passport renewal, including your current passport, identification, and any additional forms.
Step 2: Complete Forms
Fill out the passport renewal application form accurately, ensuring all details are correct before submission.
Signature Caution
Ensure you sign you name completely within the signature box of the application form
Picture Caution
All Passport Pictures must comply with the Jamaica Passport Picture Specification. The Jamaica passport picture is smaller than that of the US.
Renewal of Passport
Name must match old passport unless you have a name change document.
Marital status
If more than one marriage, enter the most recent marriage. Marital Status is either single, married, divorced or widow. Separated is NOT A LEGAL designation.
Your Height
Height must be in Centimeters.
Mailing Address
Mailing address must be a street address, no Post Office Box number.
Step 3: Submit Application
Finally, submit your application along with the required documents either in person or via mail, and keep track of your application status.
